To explore the utility of a standardized IS6110/PvuII deoxyribonuclleic acid (DNA) fingerprinting restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) typing method for distinguishing between isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis , and to assess the potential for distinguishing between relapse versus reinfection rates.
